What the scan actually does

You enter a first name, approximate age, gender, location and, if you have one, a photo. We compare that with publicly available dating-profile data and return the matching public profiles: photos, the name and age shown, approximate distance, interests, and an overall risk score with a short summary.

A match is a resemblance, not a confirmed identity. No match means no public profile matched at that time.
