You saw something. A time stamp. A little line that says your partner was on Feeld recently. Now your stomach is in knots and your mind is racing.
Breathe. Then read this. Last Seen is a real clue, but it is a small one. It tells you one thing: someone was in the app. It doesn’t tell you who they talked to, what they said, or whether they met anyone. And if you are staring at it for answers, you may be asking the wrong question.
The better question is this: is your partner on dating apps at all, and where? We’ll show you how Feeld’s Last Seen works, why it can mislead you, and how to get a real answer without a confrontation.
TL;DR
- Feeld says Last Seen shows when someone was last using the app. It is a paid Majestic feature, so you may not even see it.
- It does not show messages, matches, or meetups. One time stamp is not proof of cheating.
- Other things can make a profile look active, like a paid visibility boost.
- A profile you can’t see doesn’t mean there isn’t one. Feeld is only one of many apps.
- Want a clear answer? Check your partner’s profile now with a private scan that never alerts them.
What Feeld Last Seen actually shows
Let’s keep this simple.
Feeld’s own help page describes Last Seen as a feature that lets you know when someone was last using Feeld. That’s it. There is no further detail about what counts as “using.” Opening the app might count. Scrolling might count. We can’t tell you which, because Feeld doesn’t say.
That gap matters. “Last using Feeld” is much narrower than “last chatting with someone” or “last looking for a date.” You are getting a time, not a story.
Think of it like a light on in a house. You know someone is home. You don’t know what they’re doing in there.
Who can see it
Here is the part many people miss. Last Seen belongs to Feeld’s paid tier, called Majestic. The Majestic page in Feeld’s Help Center lists it next to unlimited Likes, Incognito, private photos and advanced filters.
Feeld’s App Store listing says the app is free to download and use, with Majestic as an optional paid subscription. So if you have a free account, you may see no Last Seen at all.
And if your partner has a paid plan, they may see yours too. Keep that in mind before you go poking around.
Where Last Seen shows up in the app
Feeld has four main areas: Discover, Likes, Connections and Settings. Feeld’s app guide says Likes is where received Likes and Pings are handled. Connections is where conversations with connections appear.
Last Seen shows up as a sorting choice in Likes. According to Feeld’s page on sorting likes you’ve received, you open the Likes tab, tap the sort button, and pick Last seen. The most recently active members go to the top.
There are three ways to sort:
| Sort option | What it means |
|---|---|
| Most recent | When someone liked or Pinged you |
| Last seen | When someone was last active |
| Closest to me | How near they are |
Notice what this is. It is an ordered list. It answers “who was active most recently among these people?” It does not answer “who is online right now?”
A profile at the top of your list did not necessarily open the app a minute ago. It may just be the newest in a short list.
Why a recent time stamp doesn’t prove cheating
We know this isn’t what you want to hear. But you deserve the truth, because acting on a wrong guess can wreck a good relationship. Or let a bad one drag on.
Here are the gaps.
It doesn’t show what happened inside the app
Feeld separates Likes from Connections. Being active in the app and talking to someone are different events. Last Seen can’t bridge that gap.
Your partner might have opened the app and closed it. Or sent a Ping. Or chatted for an hour. The time stamp looks the same.

Visibility can change for other reasons
Suppose a profile suddenly shows up everywhere. That may not mean new private activity. Feeld says an Uplift shows a profile earlier in Discover for 24 hours, within a 10 mi (16.09 km) radius. Members can’t see who used one.
So a profile can look busy because someone paid for a boost. That is exposure, not a new romance.
Hidden is not the same as gone
Majestic also includes Incognito, which lets a member hide their profile. Feeld describes it as a way to protect privacy. So a profile you can’t find may be hidden, not deleted.
That cuts both ways. Not finding a profile doesn’t clear your partner. And finding one doesn’t tell you the full story.
So what should you do with what you saw?
Write it down. Then slow down. Here is a simple way to think it through.
- Note the facts. What did you see, and when? Don’t add guesses.
- Ask what else you’ve noticed. Is the phone always face down? Are there new passwords? Late nights that don’t add up? One clue is noise. A pattern is worth your attention.
- Ask whether the profile is really theirs. Same photos? Same name? Same city?
- Don’t accuse yet. If you’re wrong, you can’t take it back.
- Get a real answer. Not a guess from a time stamp.
We’ll be honest. Step five is where most people get stuck. They stare at one app, one screen, one time. Meanwhile the real question stays open.
The bigger problem: Feeld is only one app
Here’s what keeps worried partners up at night. Even if Feeld shows nothing, your partner could be on Tinder. Or Bumble. Or Hinge. Or OkCupid. Or Plenty of Fish.
Checking each one by hand means making accounts, swiping, and hoping you spot the right face. You’d be sitting there for hours. And you might get seen yourself.
So a quiet Feeld doesn’t settle anything. Doubt is still there. And you know it.
We wrote about this too in our guide on how to find out if your partner is on dating apps. And if a profile alone leaves you wondering what it means, read whether making a dating profile counts as cheating.
Our perspective: stop reading tea leaves
We talk to worried partners every day. The story is almost always the same. They saw one small thing. A time. A badge. A notification. And they’ve been replaying it ever since.
We’ve learned a few things.
First, one clue rarely settles it. A “last seen” line, a “joined recently” badge, a “last active” note: each is a hint on one app. None is a verdict. We’ve covered the same ground for Match last active, Tinder’s “joined recently” badge and Grindr last seen.
Second, the not-knowing is the worst part. People tell us the doubt hurts more than the answer would. Whatever the truth is, you can plan around a truth. You can’t plan around a maybe.
Third, you shouldn’t have to turn into a detective. You shouldn’t have to make fake profiles or beg a friend to look. That’s why we built a scan that checks the big dating apps in one go, from a few details about your partner, and doesn’t notify them. No account to create. No swiping.

And a fair warning: how you read the result is up to you. We give you what turned up, with photos and activity times. You decide what it means for your relationship.
So ask yourself: do you really want to keep wondering?
— Matt
Get a real answer, not a time stamp
Last Seen shows you a sliver of one app. Our scan looks across the major dating apps at once.
Here is how it works for you:
- You enter a few details about your partner.
- We search public dating profiles for a match.
- You get a private, encrypted report. It can include profile photos and activity times, with matches that carry a confidence score.
- Your partner is not notified.

If you have one specific app in mind, go straight to it:
Got a photo of your partner and a bad feeling? Try a reverse-image dating search and see whether that face shows up anywhere you didn’t expect. Want to go wider? The Deep Person Scan digs further.
Over 5,000 people have used the service, and it holds a 4.9 average rating. But your situation is yours. Check it for yourself.
Signs worth a closer look
A Feeld time stamp is weak evidence on its own. These signs, when they stack up, are not.
- Your partner guards the phone more than before.
- Screen time is up, but they’re “not doing anything.”
- Notifications are turned off or hidden.
- They get defensive when you ask simple questions.
- Plans change often, and the details don’t match.
- They pull away emotionally or physically.
None of these is proof. Each of them has innocent explanations. But three or four together, plus an app time stamp, is a pattern. And a pattern deserves a real answer.

What not to do
When you are hurting, it is tempting to act fast. Don’t.
- Don’t confront with one time stamp. “You were on Feeld at 11 p.m.” invites denial, and you’ll have little to back it up.
- Don’t read the phone in secret and then lie about it. It adds a second problem.
- Don’t post about it or tell mutual friends first. You can’t unsay it.
- Don’t make a fake profile to test them. It gets messy and tells you less than you think.
- Don’t spend weeks refreshing one app. That only feeds the anxiety.
What works better? Get facts that cover more than one app. Then decide what to say, and when.
When Feeld isn’t working right
Sometimes the oddness is just the app. If messages are slow or statuses look wrong, check Feeld’s service updates page. It lists any reported issues. A glitch can make time stamps and read receipts act strangely. Don’t build a case on a bug.
Your next step
You have two choices. Keep staring at one screen and guessing. Or find out.
You already know what the doubt feels like. It doesn’t fade on its own. Check your partner’s profile today. It’s private, and your partner won’t know.
FAQ
Can I see when someone was last active on Feeld?
Only with Majestic. Feeld lists Last Seen as a Majestic feature. With it, you can sort the people in your Likes by when they were last active.
Does Last Seen mean my partner is online right now?
No. It shows when someone was last using the app, and the sort puts the most recently active first. It is an ordered list, not a live signal.
If my partner’s Feeld was active last night, are they cheating?
Not necessarily, and not provably. It shows the app was used. It doesn’t show messages, matches or meetings. Treat it as one clue and look at the whole picture, including other dating apps.
Can a profile look active without the person doing anything?
Yes. A paid Uplift pushes a profile higher in Discover for 24 hours nearby. That raises visibility without any new private chat.
What if I can’t find my partner on Feeld at all?
That doesn’t clear them. Profiles can be hidden with Incognito, and your partner could be on a different app. A scan across several apps gives you a fuller answer.
